--Ordering Questions--

Q: Can I place an order by phone?
A: No. We are not set up to handle phone orders; however, you may email us and let us know what you would like to order, and we will be happy to invoice you through Google Checkout. An invoice will be sent through email. Once you have received the invoice, click the link and pay for your order directly through our preferred secured system, Google Checkout.

Q: What is the quantity available for a product?
A: The quantities of our merchandise will vary. Once your order has been placed, we will notify you if an item is backordered or discontinued. If it is backordered, we will give you the option of keeping the order or canceling it. If you are looking for a particular quantity of an item, or wish to inquire if special pricing is available for large quantities, please email us at sales@fitsmybudget.com .

Q: What will it cost to ship an item?
A: Please add an item to your shopping cart to view your shipping and handling charges. There is a base fee of $10.00 per order; however, charges are adjusted for weight and multiple quantities.

Q: Why does your shipping and handling fee start at $10.00?
A: In order to keep our costs low, we price our items competitively and must set a base shipping/handling price. In most cases, you will find our overall prices cheaper than most of our competitors. We do try!

Q: How do I pay for my order?
A: Please use our online shopping cart system to complete your order. Upon checking out, you will have the option to choose between the following options: check or money order, paypal, or google checkout. Paypal allows you to pay through your checking account or by credit card. Google checkout will allow you to pay for your order by credit card. (Please do not try to use your ATM card. Your order will be declined). If you choose check or money order, you will be notified to mail us a check or money order within 7 days to hold your order. If paying by check, please allow 7-10 business days for your check to clear before your order is shipped.

Q: Do you charge Sales Tax?
A: We charge sales tax for the following states in which we ship out items: Colorado, Florida, and Utah. For special requests involving large quantities where items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer or distributor, we may require tax collection based on local laws.


--Shipping Questions--

Q: How long does it take to process & ship orders?
A: Most orders will be processed within 24-36 hours. Orders placed on the weekends will not be processed until the following Monday. Holiday orders will be processed the following business day.

Q: Can I choose a method of shipment or use my own account number?
A: No. We select the shipping carrier; however, if limited service is available in your area, we may be able to use the shipment method you prefer. Additional charges may be required.

Q: How do I track my packages that have been shipped?
A: Once we have received tracking for your order, we will post the tracking information to the store as well as Google checkout or paypal (whichever shipping method you have chosen). PLEASE allow us time to process your order before requesting a tracking number. Tracking numbers are generally posted within 3-4 days unless an item is on backorder.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Generally we do not ship packages outside of the continental United States . Certain items may be shipped to Hawaii , Alaska , Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses; however, these items must ship via USPS and, therefore, not all items are eligible. Additional charges may apply.

Q: What is the delivery time for orders?
A: Orders are shipped from different locations. Please allow 7-10 days to receive your order before contacting us.


--Product Questions--

Q: Are your products new or refurbished?
A: 99% of our products are new. If something is refurbished or renewed, there will be an (R) to the right of the sku number, and the item's title will specify that the item is "refurbished". Generally these items are located in our “Refurbished” category.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Please see our Shipping and Returns page for full details. Our return policy is limited to 10 days from receipt of the item. A Return Authorization Number is REQUIRED for all returns. DO NOT send the item back until we have sent you an RMA number as not all return items are shipped to the same location. Please email us at returns@fitsmybudget.com with the following information:
1. Order number
2. Item to return
3. What is wrong with the item? Please specify whether it is defective, was damaged in shipment, or has pieces missing.
4. We will replace the item if it is in stock. If you want a refund, you will receive 70% (no shipping/handling fees are returned). Specify: Do you want a 70% refund or a replacement item?


Q: How quickly do you respond to email?
A: We will attempt to answer your email within 48 hours. Please allow us time to respond.

Q: Can I speak with someone?
A: Yes, please leave your name, your number, and a message as to what you desire, if telephoning us. We will respond as quickly as possible, but e-mail is preferred.
