Shipping & Returns Information
SHIPPING
We ship by UPS, FedEx, USPS and Airborne Express. Minimum shipping is $10.50 plus $.25 per pound. Please note that the weight of an item may not be its true weight, but may be adjusted for size, irregular shape, or other factors. Shipping charges are adjusted for multiple item purchases. Large quantities requiring multiple shipments may require an additional charge. You will be notified of the charge before your order is processed. Orders are usually shipped within 24-72 hours after they are received, unless a product is backordered. If an order is received after 12:00PM CST it will be processed the next business day. Orders received on the weekend will be processed on the following Monday. UPS and Fedex will not deliver to a Post Office Box, therefore please provide a complete mailing address for prompt delivery.
Delivery days are determined by the shipper. Regular ground shipments generally take from 1 to 7 days depending on your location. Certain products on our site may take longer to ship if a product is not in stock.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery time unless otherwise notified on the product page.
Our distributors keep a good supply of merchandise on hand. From time to time, they will be out of stock due to the popularity of the item.
RETURN POLICY
PLEASE DO NOT RETURN YOUR ITEM UNTIL YOU HAVE BEEN ISSUED AN RMA (Return Authorization Number) WITH INSTRUCTIONS.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us by e-mail within 10 days of receipt of the item at returns@fitsmybudget.com for an authorization number BEFORE returning it. When you return the item, please return it at your expense in its original packaging. No refunds are available for used products, pet products, or certain personal items (e.g. pillows, herbs, shoe inserts, etc).
Once you have received an RMA (return authorization number), please be sure to return the item promptly. Items received later than 14 days from the RMA date may be rejected.
Shipping Damage: If a product is damaged as a result of shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt for instructions. Most transporters will require inspection of the item to determine if damage was a result of their handling.
Refunds: If you change your mind within the 10-day period, we will be happy to refund your purchase price less shipping charges and a 30% restocking fee on unused products only. Refused orders will not be refunded.
Exchanges: Exchanges are made for the same item only. If you need a different size for a jacket, coat, or vest, you will be required to return the item at your expense and pay any difference and/or fee to ship out a replacement item. If the item is not available in your size, you may be given the option to substitute another jacket, coat, or vest under the same conditions.
Note: Please check your product's warranty, if any, as you may have certain rights and options under the warranty. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable. It is your responsibility to absorb the cost of shipping the item back to us.
